Listed professionals are independent — not Kovet employees or agents. Any engagement, and any fee, is directly between you and the professional, under their own agreement and their state's rules. Kovet does not guarantee outcomes. You can always claim directly from the state for free: official state portals are linked from unclaimed.org and missingmoney.com.

Questions from professionals

Who can enroll?

Licensed attorneys, CPAs, and licensed investigators. Enrolling doesn't grant any licence: wherever you act for a fee, you must hold the licence or registration that state requires, and you remain the finder and representative of record under it.

Why a flat subscription instead of a percentage of recoveries?

Because your client fees are yours. A percentage would make Kovet a participant in your fees; a flat software subscription keeps Kovet a tool vendor and keeps every fee decision — and every dollar — with you and your state's rules.

How do I get paid?

In Florida and Louisiana, when a claim is filed through the licensed representative, the state pays that representative directly — Pro tracks those split-pay claims. Everywhere else, you bill your client under your own agreement. Money never flows through Kovet; we only ever charge the subscription.

What is live right now, and what is rolling out?

Can I cancel?

Yes — manage or cancel the subscription any time in Whop. Your free directory listing stays in place unless you ask us to remove it at [email protected].

How is my data handled?

Enrollment data is handled under the FoundMoney Privacy Policy: used only to run your enrollment and listing, never sold, never used to train AI models. Client information you process with the tools stays yours.
