Private early access for Shopify fashion stores
FitGuide AI recommends the right size before checkout—without asking shoppers to find a tape measure. Fashion e-commerce return rates run 20–40%, wrong size is the leading reason, and processing one return can cost roughly $15.
That is nearly 6× the $49 Growth plan—before counting recovered inventory and happier customers.
The signal
Apparel operators are already describing the same three problems: shoppers skip size charts, sizing language is inconsistent, and legacy tools get expensive to leave.
“Sizing returns are part and parcel of apparel, usually 20 to 40 percent... Most customers don't measure, they just buy their usual size.”
Shopify Community merchant
“Under 15% of shoppers actually look at size charts... ‘Our M fits like a Zara L’ converts way better than a measurement table nobody reads.”
Apparel store owner, public forum
“We used to pay around $5 to $7 per month. Now we are being charged around $150 per month... once you have created 100+ size charts, switching is extremely time consuming.”

Questions
The goal is a one-click Shopify app block that works with modern Online Store 2.0 themes. Founding merchants will get hands-on install support while we validate compatibility.
FitGuide is being designed to use only the information needed to make a size recommendation. The pilot will document what is collected, how it is used and how merchants can export or remove it.
A size chart asks shoppers to interpret measurements. FitGuide is designed to give one personalized recommendation using three quick inputs, product sizing and return feedback.
FitGuide is currently a thesis test in private early access—not a live public app. We will invite a small group of apparel merchants into the first concierge pilot before opening more broadly.
