Who owns my website, accounts, and content?
You do. Your website files, your Google profile, your ad account, your content — all yours. If you leave, everything stays with you.
How does ad spend work?
Ad spend is separate and always yours: it goes from you directly to Meta and Google from your own ad accounts (recommended $500–$1,000/month combined to start). Kovet never holds your ad money. Our 10% management fee is billed monthly on the prior month's actual spend.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. Marketing results vary by market, season, and budget. What we guarantee is the work: everything set up right, managed weekly, reported monthly in plain English.
What if I already have a website?
We'll rebuild it properly — most contractors' sites are the reason they're invisible. If yours is genuinely good, we optimize it instead.
What do you need from me to start?
About 15 minutes: confirm your business details, send job photos, accept our Google Business Profile and Meta invitations plus our Google Ads partner request (by invite — we never ask for passwords), and approve your first ads.
